Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a particular processing time, based on the individual item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you've placed your order.

Our policy runs for 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
