Product Type:Polyclonal Antibody
Immunogen Species:Homo sapiens (Human)
UniProt ID:Q16740
Immunogen:Recombinant Human ATP-dependent Clp protease proteolytic subunit, mitochondrial protein (223-277AA)
Raised in:Rabbit
Species Reactivity:Human
Tested Applications:ELISA
Background:Protease component of the Clp complex that cleaves peptides and various proteins in an ATP-dependent process. Has low peptidase activity in the absence of CLPX. The Clp complex can degrade CSN1S1, CSN2 and CSN3, as well as synthetic peptides (in vitro) and may be responsible for a fairly general and central housekeeping function rather than for the degradation of specific substrates.
Clonality:Polyclonal
Isotype:IgG
Purification Method:>95%, Protein G purified

Buffer:Preservative: 0.03% Proclin 300
Constituents: 50% Glycerol, 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4
Form:Liquid
Stroage:Upon receipt, store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze.
